ACO Wastewater Treatment Systems - Scope of Supply
The ACO Maripur NF-150 is a membrane bioreactor (MBR) sewage treatment plant designed for demanding offshore and marine environments, fully certified to IMO MEPC 227 (64) including section 4.2 for passenger vessels operating in IMO designed special areas.Manufactured entirely in the EU from high performance materials which, unlike coated black steel, are completely corrosion resistant and light weight.
The ACO Lipator NS4 grease separator removes Fats, Oils, and Greases (FOG) from galley wastewater before it enters the membrane treatment plant. Operating on low hydrostatic pressure with no free surface, the unit maintains consistent separation performance regardless of vessel movement or vibration. The system requires no operator contact with grease or sediments, and its separation process concentrates waste efficiently, only grease and sediments are collected for disposal, with no surplus water carried over.
Rounding out the scope of supply are Transfer and Discharge Stations for efficient wastewater routing throughout the vessel, a Tank Aeration Station to sustain the biological treatment process within the mixing tank, and an exhaust ventilation solution for the sludge holding tank, all of which will be fully supplied and commissioned by ACO Marine.
